These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR and any individual making a purchase via the website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
1. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website, within the limits of available stock.
The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the delivered product.
2. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated to the customer before validation of the order.
EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
3. ORDER
Any validated order implies acceptance of these GTC.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer after validation of the order.
EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:
- existing dispute with the customer
- non-payment
- suspicion of fraud
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The customer can choose between:
- refund
- credit note
- replacement with an equivalent product
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payments are secured via the systems offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Banking data is never stored by the website.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR cannot be held responsible in case of an incorrect address.
Delivery times are given as an indication.
Important – proof of delivery
Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon the carrier making the package available, according to tracking information.
In case of delivery without signature, the proof of deposit and distribution provided by the carrier is considered valid.
EQUINOXE MADAGASCAR cannot be held responsible for losses, thefts, or distribution errors attributable to the carrier after dispatch.

Free shipping in France for purchases over 50 €.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned:
- unopened
- unused
- in its original packaging
- in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEES
The customer benefits from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
In case of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer can request replacement or refund.
9. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be sent within 7 days of receipt to:
