This Italian-inspired blend pays homage to generous and fragrant Mediterranean cuisines. I sought to recreate the sunny flavors of ripe tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and garlic gently enhanced by spices. A simple, warm, and very easy-to-use blend for everyday cooking.
