House Blend
A note from the creator:
Each blend I create is the result of a quest for balance, tasting, and a passion for spices. I blend them like one composes a recipe, with the desire to convey accurate, accessible, and sincere flavors, so that everyone can travel through cuisine, simply, every day.
I wanted this Fisherman's blend to bring floral, citrus, and herbaceous notes to seafood. I recommend adding it during cooking so that it releases all its aromas.
Composition:
Curry leaves, garlic, tarragon, rosemary, sweet pepper, oregano, thyme, green anise, spices…
Non-spicy flavor
Pairings:
While lemon salt brings sparkling notes to the palate, the aromatics give this blend floral and refreshing notes. This blend is primarily used on fish and shellfish, but you can also incorporate it into your white meat marinades by adding olive oil.
