The salmon poke bowl is a fresh, colorful, and easy-to-prepare recipe, perfect for warm weather. Inspired by Hawaiian cuisine, this complete dish offers plenty of room for creativity with crunchy vegetables, fragrant rice, and delicately seasoned salmon.
To enhance the raw salmon, Maison Barthes Voatsiperifery wild red pepper brings floral and slightly woody notes that perfectly complement the fresh flavors of the poke bowl.
